Useful information and requests:
- Please ensure your child has a hat and water bottle every day. Please apply sun cream before school.
- If you have any spray empty antibacterial bottles please could we have them in Reception for an activity.
- Things to do, to support your child...
- See if your child can make 10 in different ways.
- Can your child share equally. Ask them to share blueberries/strawberries between the members of your family. Can they be shared equally and are there any left over?
Thank you to all the parents and carers who managed to attend Sports Day. The children enjoyed having you there.
In maths the Ducks were working on making number bonds to 10 using Numicon and the Robins were sharing.
In phonics this week we have revised the digraphs 'er', 'ay', 'oo' (book) and 'ow'(bow).
er: ladder, boxer, letters,
ay: play, hay, day, Monday, say
oo: book, look, shook, took, hook, cook
ow: low, bow, blow, flow, snow, throw
The children went to the ICT suite this week. They explored the program 2 simple 2 paint a picture. They explored the different tools available using click and drag on the mouse.
